First Aid
EFA and SFA are bundled with a CPR component. The number of hours spent in the course depends on the CPR level bundled with it and whether a blended component is desired.

Emergency First Aid
- Available blended or all in person
- Focusing on life threatening emergencies
- One day course
- Max 18 participants/in-person session
- 3 Year Certificate
Standard First Aid
- Available blended or all in person
- Includes all of EFA material plus non-life threatening but common injuries
- One day (blended) or two days (in person)
- Max 18 participants/in-person session
- 3 Year Certificate
CPR Only (all contain AED component)
We use real feedback manikins in our courses. We believe that the quality of instructors and equipment matters!
CPR Level BLS/HCP
- Learn CPR/AED and artificial respiration (with BVM) on adults, children and infants
- Practice airway adjunct insertion on a real manikin
- Max 18 participants per session
- 3 Year Certificate
- 5.5 Hour Course
CPR Level C
- Learn proper CPR and AED on adults, children and infants
- One adult and one infant manikin per participant.
- One AED trainer per participant
- Max 18 participants per session
- 3.5 Hour Course
- 3 Year Certificate
CPR Level A
- Learn CPR and AED on adult patients
- One adult manikin per participant
- One AED trainer per participant
- Max 18 participants
- 2.5 Hour Course
- 3 Year Certificate
Advanced Equipment
We have advanced equipment allowing for live feedback of CPR quality, breath delivery and time between compressions. Improper compressions are useless.
We will also bring trainers of real-life AED models to provide more appropriate and specific training. Simply let us know the model of AED your facility has.
