Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking must be done directly with a Canada’s Premier Training representative with reasonable notification. Once the booking is confirmed by the Canada’s Premier Training representative, a Course Detail document and (if needed as per Billing and Credit Policy) estimate will be sent to the client.

Complete cancellation of courses must be made within ten (10) business days before the start of the scheduled course (henceforth called “10 business day deadline”). Cancellation of courses may be made by either party prior to the 10 business day deadline and only at the sole discretion of Canada’s Premier Training after the10 business day deadline.

Canada’s Premier Training will make every effort to avoid canceling courses, however it may decide to cancel a course for a myriad of reasons including, but not limited to, change in instructor availability, change in space availability, illness, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes, or acts of God. If a course is canceled by Canada’s Premier Training, the deposit will be refunded and all reasonable attempts will be made to reschedule the course. Canada’s Premier Training may cancel a course, at its sole discretion, if the “minimum number of students” in the Course Detail is less than the confirmed count. Should a course be canceled for this reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

Corporate clients must notify Canada’s Premier Training through established communication means of canceling the course prior to the 10 business day deadline. Efforts will be made to adjust the course or rebook with the client. No penalty is given for courses canceled before the 10 business day deadline.
Corporate group clients must provide a participant count and participant names five (5) business days before the start of the scheduled course, this number of participants will be hence referred to as the “confirmed count”. During booking of the course, Canada’s Premier Training will inform corporate clients of the minimum number of participants and if the confirmed count is below this established number, then Canada’s Premier Training has the sole discretion to cancel the course.

Canada’s Premier Training will provide an invoice based on the confirmed count and agreed upon price.
Should fewer than the number of confirmed participants attend the course, the cost of the discrepancy is borne solely by the client or group and not by Canada’s Premier Training. Canada’s Premier Training will not modify an invoice to reflect fewer participants in attendance at the course. If agreed upon with the corporate group or their authorized representative either ahead of time or on the day of the course, Canada’s Premier Training may allow additional participants (beyond the confirmed count) to join the course, session or training. This decision is made solely at the discretion of Canada’s Premier Training Instructor and may be based on available equipment, space and current legislative or government requirements. If additional participants are allowed to continue, Canada’s Premier Training will adjust the invoice accordingly to reflect the larger attendance number.
